The Wireless Body Scale connects to your phone via Bluetooth. As soon as you step on the scale, the scale automatically calculates your weight, body fat percentage, hydration percentage, and BMI. These measurements then automatically get uploaded to the IdealSmart app.

Instructions:

1. Install the four AAA batteries on back of scale (batteries included) To change display units (kg, lbs, st) press tab on backside of scale
2. Download the Ideal Protein app to your mobile device
3. Open the IP app (Make sure on your smartphone settings, bluetooth is turned on.)
4. Stand on scale barefoot and tap Quick Add, then choose your weight.
5. Remain on the app's "Scanning" screen and stay still on your scale until measurements are displayed

Lemon and lime come together in this delicious blend of anti-oxidant goodness. Just add water and shake! A great weight loss snack or meal.

Preparation: Pour 7-8 fl. oz of ice cold water into a shaker. Add one packet of Lemon-Lime Flavoured Drink Mix and shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth.
