Refund policy

All Skin Vitality eStore purchases are final. No refunds will be granted.

Merchandise Lost / Damaged in Transit

All claims must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 2 business days of receipt or loss of merchandise.

Returned Goods

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic will grant a credit note or replacement for product returned within 2 months or less from the expiration date. Returned goods must be authorized by Head Office Location. A 25% restocking fee may be applied. No credit will be issued under the following conditions:

Products where the containers have been opened or altered, including kits

Products that have been involved in a sacrifice, fire or bankruptcy sale;

Products that have been damaged by transport, fire, water or smoke;

Products that have expired.
