The Skin Vitality Gift Card comes presented in our signature black gift box and can be redeemed at all 14 Skin Vitality locations. It may be used toward any treatment, service, or product (excluding the purchase of additional gift cards).

Gift cards can be redeemed by text at 78633, by phone at 844-691-1200, or in person at any Skin Vitality clinic.

Important:
Please complete the fields above with the recipient’s first and last name, and indicate whether multiple gift cards should be packaged together or separately.

To help prevent fraudulent use, recipients are kindly asked to bring two pieces of valid ID to their appointment.
